Fernando Aguirre, Xabier Iriondo eta Iñigo Ugarteburu (hirurak Café teatro taldeko kide) lagunen artean 2006ean sortutako taldea da Carcáscara. Soinu bilaketan buru belarri sarturik, hirukoteak baztertutako tresna zahar eta beste hainbat musika-tresna akustikoren laguntzaz (kitarra, pianoa, mbira…) 8 inprobisaziorekin osaturiko lehen lana grabatu zuen. 100 LP aleko argitaraldi berezia.

Carcáscara es un proyecto ideado en el año 2006 por Fernando Aguirre, Xabier Iriondo e Iñigo Ugarteburu (todos miembros de café Teatro) con el propósito de crear música a partir de instrumentos acústicos (guitarra, piano, mbira ..) y objetos viejos u olvidados. Este primer trabajo recoge 8 improvisaciones, y ha sido editado en una tirada limitada de 100 copias.

Formed in 2006 by Fernando Aguirre, Xabier Iriondo and Iñigo Ugarteburu (all of them members of the band Café Teatro). With the help of different acoustic instruments (guitar, piano, mbira… ), as well as old and forgotten tools as sound sources, Carcáscara recorded what today is their first album, consisting of 8 improvisations and published in a limited edition of 100 LPs.
